Spa Day information

What to wear: Robes and towels are provided, Please bring swinwear, gym attire and suitable footwear. Open toe sandals are advisable if you are having a pedicure treatment.

Booking Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy: As a courtesy to our therapists you may cancel or rearrange your booking anytime up to 3 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund.  Cancellation made less than 3 days will result in the loss of a full deposit.

Special considerations: Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or have any special medical conditions as some treatments may not be suitable for you.

Cancellations require 24 hrs notice or a charge of will be incurred (50% of treatment)  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form.
